Returns, replacements, and refunds

Effective September 1, 2026

Middle Finger Money products are generally produced on demand specifically for each customer. Because of this made-to-order model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or a change of preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@orange-hat.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue and the packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Orange-Hat, LLC may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders returned or lost because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address are not considered defective orders. Additional production or shipping charges may apply if the order must be recreated or reshipped.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
