Shipping policy

Middle Finger Money, operated by Orange-Hat, LLC, currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

Made-to-order production

Most products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Production generally takes 5–10 business days before shipment. This production period is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and unusually high order volume can cause delays outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@orange-hat.com immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email support@orange-hat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
