These terms govern use of the Middle Finger Money storefront operated by Orange-Hat, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse store content, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in a way that harms Orange-Hat, LLC, Shopify, service providers, or other users.

Products and orders

We try to present product descriptions, images, colors, availability, and prices accurately, but display differences and occasional errors can occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or discontinue products. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Most products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, selected variants, and delivery information before submitting an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Intellectual property

The Middle Finger Money name, branding, graphics, designs, product artwork, text, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Orange-Hat, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the storefront for personal shopping.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and related functions. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. Orange-Hat, LLC is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Orange-Hat, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront or products. Any total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the storefront or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
